In the rapidly evolving landscape of health care throughout the world, Project ECHO™ (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) stands out as an innovative model that increases access to specialized care. A strong, collaborative team is essential to the success of these ECHOs, each member playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between subject matter experts and traditionally underserved communities.
