PEN-NC represents the statewide network of partners who contribute to the success of Project ECHO™ in North Carolina

Core Team: Foundation for Health Leadership and Innovation (FHLI) and NC Area Health Education Centers (NC AHEC) who provide core infrastructure, leadership, and strategic direction for PEN-NC

Advisory Group: Cross-sector partners who offer strategic guidance and insight on emerging needs and opportunities, ensuring PEN-NC remains aligned with local, regional, and statewide priorities

ECHO Hub Teams: Organizations that host and operate ECHO™ programs

Health and Healthcare Professionals: Community clinicians and health and human service providers across NC, particularly those serving rural and underserved communities

Payers: Public and private philanthropies, grant funders, and health insurance organizations that promote ECHO™ to enhance value-based care, cost savings, and improved patient outcomes

Educators: Academic institutions, training programs, and continuing education partners who contribute subject matter expertise to the health and healthcare workforce in NC
